Jelqing is the most popular form of penis exercise used around the world. It can increase penis length and girth, correct curvature, help increase erection quality (for those men with erectile dysfunction) and assist in the treatment of premature ejaculation.

The basic idea is that while you jelq, you’re pushing more blood into the penis than it would usually take in. This creates an outward stretch on the tunica of the penis, in a balloon effect, increasing width and girth. It also conditions the penis to accept more blood, toning the smooth muscle in the penis which is required to keep erections hard. Finally, it helps men get the feel of their penis, after many jelqing sessions every man suffering from premature ejaculation will have an understanding of his point-of-no-return (the point where he will cum and cannot stop it from happening).

So if jelqing is the Wonder Exercise! How do we do it?

  1. Using a heatpad or a warm towel, wrap your penis and leave it to warm up for around 15 minutes. This keeps your penile tissues elasticy, assists in stretching. You should never skin this step.
  2. Get an erection. Not too hard, you want to keep your dick 60-75% hard so you are able to squeeze blood into the penis without discomfort. (100% erection is complete boner, totally rigid and close to ejaculation). Then lubricate the penis with lubricant or vaseline or something similar.
  3. Grip penis. Make an ‘OK’ sign with your right hand, and grip your penis at the base, palm facing down.
  4. Jelq penis! Basically you want to milk the penis like you would milk a cow. Firmly squeeze the penis and slide your hand towards the head of your dick (not too hard). This is one jelq, it should last 2-4 seconds.
  5. Repeat steps 3 with your left hand then step 4, and then repeat. over and over and over.
  6. Warm down using the same method you warmed up with in step 1. This encourages blood flow. Skipping this step may cause injury

How Often To Jelq.

It is recommended that you do 150 jelqs per session, once a day, for two weeks. Then every week after that you can add 50 jelqs to your session. Men who jelq to increase their penis size and have been jelqing for a while, can expect to get a good jelqing workout in in 20 mins. Anything more than 20 minutes is probably over-doing it.

Jelqing should never hurt. If you feel any pain, discontinue the exercises and apply a warm towel to the area for 15 minutes to warm down. Some red spots are normal, if a lot of red spots appear on your penis, add another 10 minutes to your warm-down to increase bloodflow and take the next day off (ie. Do not jelq the following day unless your red spots have disappeared).
